她家重新裝潢後,店內色彩更為明亮,配合木製坐椅,感覺時尚舒適;
兩道菜午餐($195)可另加$35選配甜品/咖啡,
價位不算便宜,
但跟晚餐比較,差距還是很多的!

我倆點了一份套餐分著吃,不消一會前菜已端上!
餐湯里的椰菜花已預先切成小顆,
再以薯蓉固定,及後再於食客面前注入熱湯;
喝前,先以旁邊的芝士餅乾條作攪拌用,有趣又互動的演繹手法!
濃郁的湯配合椰菜花的清甜,
味道不錯,但多喝有點膩口,喝少量已感美好!

煙鴨胸沙律,
青嫩不帶渣的BB菠菜,配上香而爽口的雜菌,
吃前蘸上旁邊的特製菇菌醬吃,
更覺惹味;
亦可配油潤甘香,肉質柔軟的煙鴨胸同吃,

主菜中,
重口味的KsMeow選了豬腩肉;
豬腩肉切成一個方型,皮脆而肉極嫩,亳沒膩感,
伴碟的薯蓉混過芥末籽,內里還加添了鼠尾草的芬芳,
跟豬腩肉同吃,每一口也是誘惑!

淺嚐了好姊妹的烤三文魚,三文魚魚皮烤得香脆,肉質粉嫩,魚油豐富,
蘸上西蘭花醬汁,再配杏仁片及蝦肉同吃,
同一時間,吃到魚肉的嫩、杏仁片的咬口及蝦的爽彈,
合併成美味樂章!

甜品環節,
我倆不約而同的選上了Eton Mess!
清甜的士多啤梨、酸酸的野莓及墊底的雲尼拿醬,
論賣相、論味道,也是水準之上,更讚的是面層的蛋白餅,既酥脆又不黏牙,
使人吃得樂透!

兩道菜午餐($195)價位不算便宜,
但很喜歡這里以各式特製醬汁做出一道道精緻獨特的菜式,
細心的服務更令人留下良好印象!
